Location:  Edison Plaza, 350 Pine St., Suite 500, Beaumont, Texas

Salary Range: $68,000-$78,000

Length of Work Year: Full Time

Qualifications: Experience as a campus administrator; five or more years preferred

Education: Master’s Degree; Mid-Management or Principal Certification

Special Knowledge/Skills:    
•    Knowledge of the Texas Accountability System
•    Experienced in delivering professional development in a school setting
•    Knowledge of Instructional Technology Strategies
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a flexible manner
•    Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Possess characteristics of reliability, dependability, and enthusiasm

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Travel and attend training; utilize training to support assigned school districts
•    Organize, support and monitor school improvement implementation in assigned school districts as part of the Effective Schools Framework and
    Texas Instructional Leadership
•    Coach leadership teams on best practices present within effective schools as defined by the Effective Schools Framework
•    Maintain a schedule of appointments and arrange for campus/district meetings and training

Working Conditions: (Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors):
•    Travel required to Region 5 ESC districts
•    Maintain multiple tasks and work cooperatively with others
•    Make changes and adapt to varying responsibility with multiple deadlines
